Helping Us Help You Faster
If you are reporting a problem, including a few details makes it much easier for us to reproduce and fix the issue:
- Which page you were using, for example the home page or the passport photo tool.
- Your browser and device, for example Chrome on Android or Safari on iPhone.
- The settings you entered, such as dimensions, unit, DPI and target size in KB.
- What you expected to happen and what actually happened.
Please do not attach personal documents, identity photos or signatures to your email.
We never need to see your files. The tool runs entirely inside your own browser, so we
can help you using a description of the settings alone.
